members exist as subscribers but not as users

    I have a website with paying subscribers. I have been receiving emails from them saying that they can’t access the site. Upon checking, they exist under PMS > Members but NOT under Users.
    It is causing me a bit of a headache as I am unsure what the cause is and I have not encountered this issue before but now it is recurring in a very short period.
    Any idea?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Would you mind sending us an example (screenshot) of such a member? One that does not appear in the Users list? With our product, members must be users on the website in order to be subscribed to a membership plan.
