Members edit a Page by Front end

Hi There!
I am working in a site that includes holiday accomodations, each one with all its information in a post.
I’d like to include a membership area through each accomodation owner could enter and modify his appartment/house directly from de Front end.
I have saw several plugins that allows users modify pages and posts from Front end, but I’d like to know if is there any one that allows modify only one post for each user.
Anybody knows?
