Members directory shows no users

    Members directory does not work. I can not find any user.
    When I enter name in the search box, this message always appears
    “We are sorry. We can’t find any users that match your search criteria.”
    Just try to search for Geiger

    Have already created new page, New Member Directory always the same.
    Where can the error be.

    Have you set the directory to only show users with specific roles? Are you able to share a screenshot for your directory settings?

    Hello, have changed in the roles, at admin 1 again what. Now it works again.
    Did not even know that I have to create alls main admin for me releases.
