Members / Directory Plugin

Hi there,

I am looking for a plugin that can do the following :-

Membership Area

Subscribers to the site need to be able to register and set up a profile which they can edit, containing name, address, professional body number and photographs.

Client is to have control over putting profiles as active to ensure people have paid by cheque and are a member of the professional body.

Client needs to be able to control the renewal date of each member, as each member will only be signed up for 365 days.

Member details need to show up on a search.

Search members against, region, postcode, name. Results are to be displayed in distance order. Results also need to be displayed on click-able Google maps.

I cant seem to find one that does both, its either members or a good directory search has anyone found one that does both? I am more than happy to pay for one I am just pulling my hair out trying to find one that does all the above functionality.
