Members / Directory Plugin

Hi there,

I am looking for a plugin that can do the following :-

Membership Area

Subscribers to the site need to be able to register and set up a profile, containing name, address, professional body number and photographs.

Client is to have control over putting profiles as active to ensure people have paid and are a member of the professional body.

Client needs to be able to control the renewal date of each member. Member details need to show up on a search.

Search members against, region, postcode, name. Results are to be displayed in distance order.

I cant seem to find one that does both, its either members or a good directory search has anyone found one that does both? I am more than happy to pay for one I am just pulling my hair out trying to find one that does all the above functionality.
