    The Member Directory was working for everyone, before the update to the v2. Now it doesn’t work for users who aren’t logged in and it’s only available to users who are logged in. I want the Members Directory visible to everyone. Please is there a fix to this?

    Hi @sbassah,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Do you have multisite install?
    Can you please try to do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    No, it doesn’t have multisite install

    I have done the conflict test, by deactivating all plugins and changing themes, but the issue still remains. I remember it was possible to display the members directory and search feature to everyone in the V1 and not just to signed in users.

    Hi @sbassah,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active on your server e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache or Cloud Flare? Some hosting providers have aggressive caching e.g WP Engine, FlyWheel etc. and can cause this issue. Please try excluding Ultimate member pages and your directory page from the cache and see if it helps.
