Members Directory not working

Support may have a better answer but you have the option to select who can use the search filters with only admin checked so only admin can use or see it. Either uncheck that option so anyone can use the search filters or assign the member groups directly.

Basically, your setting is only usable by Admin.

Because all your users have UM account status: Pending review.

For now, I have only 4 users with their UM account status: Pending review
And 263 users with their UM account status: Approved

But still, nothing is shown in the members directory.

Try to Clear cache of users at UM Dashboard left button.
