Members Directory not displaying

I have a members directory listing automatically displaying on the home page of our site. This listing has stoped displaying. If I login to the website the directory listing works properly. The directory is set to display for everyone and has worked previouslu.

I am having similar problems on our other site oxfordcreativeconnections.ca where the https://oxfordcreativeconnections.ca/members/ page does not display the directory listing.

I am using the ultimate member UM Theme on both of these sites.

This problem has happened before and been resolved by updating UM plugins and/or UM theme. I turned on aoto updating of the UM plugins and theme to hopefully address this. I checked and non of the um plugins or themes ahow updates available.
