Members create own page

  • Is it possible that after a login of a member, they get their own page where they can place , by drag n drop or + / – , a video from the website which they are a member of, in order to add a timeclock so they can make there own trainingschedule or something like that?

    Generally speaking, if a user is an author they can create and edit pages. Placing urls of videos into the content section of the editor will create oembed frames from many online providers, and they can also add media.

    There are also a number of popular membership plugins which can be found on the www.remarpro.com repo, including BuddyPress.

    I’m not sure about the timeclock and training schedule portion of your question, which might need some custom development. If you were to post more information though, maybe we can point you in the right direction.

    drag and drop involve ajax (use) conected to your database, and it will be hard for you to secure .
    You will probably need to create your own JavaScript for the drag/drop, however.
    Maybe your project is more complex .. and you need something to combine an PHP framework like Symfony with WordPress. With Symfony you can configure authenticate users and after that you can use any method you want to load user information from any source and it will be more safe.

    ok I’ll do my best.
    The website is https://www.volleybalxl.nl.
    What we want is create a video/product content of 100 volleybaldrills. But in order to see all 100 video’s you must be a member of the site. Most members will be vollleybalcoaches. So to help these coaches we want to create something calles trainingsmodule. The idea is simple: after member logged in, he gets his own memberpage (for example: myvollleybalxl.com) He gets to see all videocontent and he can place the video’s he want from the main website into his own memberpage. So he creates his workout for that teamtraining. A clock on his page so he can press start as soon as the training starts and after 15 minutes gets a alarm bel that says STOP this excercise and do the next one.
