I have a group that is open to the public.

The site is membership based, but all registered users have the same free membership.

I have This plugin installed and it has worked in conjunction with the membership for several months.

Now, it won’t let anyone see the pages, saying that you must be a member to view. I did not set these pages to make such a requirement. Even so, I am logged in and it still won’t let me see them. Same for others.

This came about in the last week or so, after recent BP upgrades.

Just to elaborate on the specifics. This is ONLY the pages created by this plugin that is having the issue of restricting.

Every other part of the BuddyPress page is accessible. But the pages created by Groups Extra are asking the person to be a member even when we are already logged in as members.

BPGE inherits groups visibility. I have just tested in such way:
    1) create a public group
    2) create pages in that public group
    3) open that pages by a not member of that group – user can see pages
    4) change the group visibility to private
    5) that same not-member of that group doesn’t see the page, but instead the default message: Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group.. There are no Pages or Fields group tabs.
    6) change the group visibility to private – user doesn’t see the group at all.

So everything is the same way as it was and as intended in BuddyPress.
