• When one of my members log in, they can NOT see the registration portion of the page. The only account that can see it is the administrator, me. I’ve gone through the settings to ensure that there were no restrictions to see it and i can’t find anywhere that is stopping this from happening. Help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @stelfair ,

Did you apply custom settings to your registration form? You can check it in wp-admin>Ultimate Member> Forms> Edit Form> Customize this Form section. Please check if you have assign an administrator role to your form. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://screenbud.com/s/wVCRF0JxY2r

that’s not the registration that i mean. I am using wp-event and other accounts can not buy a ticket. The ticket portion doesn’t show for any other account logged in except me. Here is a link to two (2) screenshots. One with me logged in as an admin and one as a subscriber. It should be the same. https://owncloud.aidt.edu/index.php/s/4kORWkhYUOoRc2M

    Hi @stelfair

Sorry for the late response. Are you using UM shortcode to restrict the content of the page that has the Event shortcode to display the Register form? Also, is your site globally set accessible to everyone in the UM > Settings > Access?

I figured out what was happening. It has nothing to do with your plug-in. The event plugin didn’t have a feature to restrict certain people from signing up for the event which is what i wanted to do. We are now just restricting the whole page. Problem solved.
