members aren't able to access content

  • Hi

    I’ve checked the boxes of each and every single page for both my membership levels to have protected access. I made a membership on another email to check it and I can’t access any content besides the home page, can’t log out but it says i’m logged in. I’ve checked and unchecked the boxes hoping the would help but it doesn’t ??

    Hi are you referring to WordPress Admin login which has no access to other protected pages or post?

    Can you also enable debug mode and check the log file.

    no admin has access to pages when i click view page but they aren’t coming up on my side bar and members can’t access them. ye i’ve done that a few times. i can’t find that tick box atm.

    Are you saying that none of your pages are displayed on the sidebar? If this is correct then the problem is with your theme.
