Hi there – many thanks for creating the plugin. We’ve set up an email template with it and while it works with WordPress’ standard emails, our installation of Memberpress seems to be ignored. Your plugin descriptions says that it’s compatible with Memberpress but in the “Plugins” tab of WP HTML Mail, Memberpress doesn’t appear at all (only Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Divi, and many other plugins are visible there).

Is there any way at all to make it work with Memberpress emails?

  • Hey @verro
At the time we added MemberPress to the compatibility list there was no need for any special integration so we didn’t add settings to turn it on and off.
It seems something has changed in MemberPress. Are all emails affected or just some specific ones?
Can you provide a test system to have a look?
    best regards, Hannes

    Hi Hannes,

Many thanks for your reply. All Memberpress emails seem to be affected (transactional emails, reminders, etc.), unfortunately.

Is there a way to contact you directly regarding access data for our staging environment?

    Best regards

As the Memberpress e-mails themselves are not responsive, there is no technical problem with our plugin in combination with Memberpress.

There is however the possibility to edit the HTML code of each Memberpress e-mail, therefore they can be made responsive.

    Best regards
    Julian
