MemberPress Custom Field Plus Exclude User Add On

I have the Exclude User Add On. I am using DUD with MemberPress. I have a custom field for a directory opt in. I have it set as a radio buttons field, so people can answer yes or no for opt in, and this is a required field.

I can not get Exclude User to work correctly, no matter which of the Filter Field State / Filter Field Value combinations I use. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong!

Can you point me in the right direction?
