MemberPress and link redirections

Hello,

I’m wondering if instead of using a plugin to enable visibility for certain pages in the menu, there is a way to change the redirection of certain links, depending on membership levels with MemberPress.

For example, if a user is a Gold member, when they click on “Exercise Program” in the menu, they’re redirected to the gold membership exercise program. But if they are a Platinum member, it takes them to the Platinum one.
