    @quadlayers thanks for writing in. This should only be happening if you’re doing something like a massive import. Have you been doing anything along those lines at all lately? Also, you might need to double check that you don’t have more than 1 webhook registered to your audience. There have been times where we’ve seen people who uninstall / reinstall the plugin where there might be extra hooks that are not needed. If that’s the case, you can feel free to delete them.

    It may feel like an “under attack” only because there’s not a filter for the speed in which webhooks are being sent from the Mailchimp service to your site. Judging by the looks of the numbers, that does not feel like an attack but more likely just something with a list update.
