Member Registration page layout misaligned

    Please help as my member registration page layout has misaligned, different from other pages.

    I checked the URL above and I see the following errors when using Developer Tools in Google Chrome browser.

    d0779a901f1d325a0fc3a0db86ddb1f4.min.css:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
    /favicon.ico:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    This might be related to a cache issue. Try clearing your cache in your site.
