    Dear members,
    I am confused and cannot help myself.
    We have a translation agency page and there are many applications. But if the translator’s login, they see an empty member page. The page I see is this link (these are my own data, so it is no data security problem):

    But there should be shown a small wheel on the right-hand side, where the user after the login can access his profile. But this is not possible. Thus we need for the programmers, also the non-translators an own directory, this partially works. The login is in the navigation “Jobs”. In some parts it links on a wrong page to the blog of the website. It is all confusing and full overloads me. Was the update correctly, which was in Ultimate Membership? I have read, that some things are not working. Could someone please help? Thank you very much.

    Hi @lesnivila

    How many roles are assigned to your test account? If there’s more than 1 role assigned to that account, you will need to set the Primary role in the User Role settings by adding “Priority Number” to higher number value to make it as primary.

    Dear Champ Camba,

    Thank you. But we have in the setting, where I have to define the pages (login, logout, register and so on) in the first user page “Account” because the profile page was not automatically installed during I installed the plugin. In the documentation I have read, that there were different pages, which will be created automatically. I hope, I did not delete it. I do not know exactly. I remember, there was an update after I had installed this plugin. Perhaps it was also a bug in the plugin. I do not know. I do not have a profile page in the Show profile area in the account. Because I have account in the user site, it leads only to the account. I am not able, to create a profile site because this does not work. We have 234 users/members.

    Hello, dear people,

    Now I can provide some more information.

    The Profile Page I have created with the UM Tool links to my blog. But I do not want this. My blog entries open, if I click on this link.

    The other problem is, that if I use the Profile Page, that it is not correct. I think, I had to create the profile page by myself, so far, I remember.
    In the user page I can only set “Account”, in other case, the account is not reachable at all.

    Could please someone help? We have many applications, but we cannot continue, until it will work. Thanks a lot.

    Could you please provide a video clip so we can see the issue? It’s not clear with the steps that you’ve provided so we can reproduce the issue on your end.

    I tried it with Cam Studio, but it did not work with the recording. Sorry. I have video, but here is not possibility to upload video or where can I find it please? Thanks.
