member pages not showing

    Hello, I am working on a staging site of arTrailsofsww.org. On the main site the member page works correctly. On the staging site, we made a new directory for 2022 and put the short code in place. Now if I go to the page with the directory on it and click on one of the artists, the artist’s name shows at the top of the page, but the grid remains the same and the artists page does not show.

    I tried disabling all other plugins. I tried changing themes. I tried disabling and enabling Ultimate Membership. I even tried changing the version of PHP. I also tried putting the old shortcode back and it no longer works. None of these things made a difference. I have looked at the settings on the main site and they seem identical to those on the staging site.

    Hello @earrame

    Can you please make sure you have added a profile shortcode on UM users page? It is just loading the directory, I hope you have not added a directory shortcode by mistake. You can also try to visit wp-admin > settings > permalinks page which will refresh links on your site.

    Where do I find the profile shortcode? I did not change this short code and it worked before, but I will make sure it is correct. Just not able to find the code.

    It was, as you said a short code issue. For some reason the Profile shortcode number changed when I cloned the site.
