Member page empty

  • Hi guys

    I’m not sure what I am doing or did wrong, but my profile pages are empty and no data or details get pulled through to the member directory, even though it shows that something should be there.

    I have UM and UM Teams loaded on the site, together with WooCommerce Memberships and Subscriptions. Not sure if there is a conflict somewhere?

    Hi Aswin

    After further inspection I found that I had the shortcodes assigned incorrectly. I have since found the shortcode for the user profile and am now just looking at how to override the My Account WC page whilst still keeping the team management portion to show on the user profile.
    If you do have documentation on that handy I would appreciate the link.
