Hi, i’ve been using PMPro on my website scout.am with elementor pro builder, i have fields and pages that are only supposed to be viewable/available to members only, but for some reason, a while ago, this stopped working.

You can view the image via this link https://ibb.co/WzkLW74

or visit the website, i will leave the button under the main header, it says (test button for members only) it shouldn’t be visible for non members.

But i have to say, the condition works with elementor sections but not with specific items.

    Hi @sarotatios,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

I’ve tried to replicate this issue on my end, but I am unable to do so. I added a level directly to the button through the Elementor panel like your screenshot shared.

Can you tell me what version of Paid Memberships Pro and Elementor are you using?

    Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to replicate what you are experiencing.

Do you have any caching enabled on your site that might be interfering with this? If so, please temporarily deactivate all caching and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi yes, i have kinsta caching available, i’ve reset all cache and it still persists. the issue is i can make a section hide based on membership level, but not single items such as buttons, text fields etc.

Ive tested this on my side but the elements show and hide as expected when requiring a membership for them.

Please try deactivating all plugins except Elementor and PMPro and let me know if the issue persists?

If possible, please try excluding one of those pages from Kinsta’s cache as well just to completely rule out the possibility of caching.
