Member, newsletter, CRM plugin

  • Is this possible? I want a plugin once-off paid or free, supporting under 1000 users.

    * You can sign up, get periodic newsletters.
    * Auto send ‘new post’ newsletters once a week only
    * Automated bounce management.
    * Ability to set member levels or individual ‘perks’ with dates.
    * Ability to choose which profile settings are visible to user
    * Ability to choose which profile settings are editable by user
    * Ability to add notes eg when they last bought, details, etc

    I only have about 100 real users currently. I use newsletter plugin but it’s too buggy. I want to pay once-pay well and not have to worry about it again.
