• Hi

Ive included a search field in my members list
    The Field is called “Gender”
Its a dropdown and values are “Female” and “Male”

But when i search on “Female” it also displays “Male” users
It seems the search takes the “*male” value
Is this expected or can the search me restricted to exact value?

Also when adding another value that has “male” in it, for examle “kind of male” it also shows up in search
Is it because of some kind of search cache? Because these profile once had “male” in gender? Can i clear in for every search?

Gender is already predefined in the fields manager and it works as a radio button. This might explain why the search finds both when you use a dropdown menu instead.

    Hi!

I dont user the predefined radiobutton gender field in any of the profiles
So why does the search fetch that?
