• The list of members is set to display members, editors and authors. In the user role “Members” it is set that all user roles can be seen. Nevertheless, a member in the member list can only see members, but not editors and authors. When I look at the member list as administrator, I am shown all user roles.

What do you have to do so that members in the member list can also see editors and authors?

    Hi @vipadesign,

Please check the “Profile access” section in your Members user role.
If you are using search option make sure that you’ve checked all “User Roles that can use search”.
Exclude Ultimate member pages form the cache if you use one.

    Regards.

“Can view other member profiles” is activated in the profile access of the user role member. “Can view these user roles only”: Editor, Author and Member is selected.
“User Roles that can use search”: Administrator, Editor, Author and Member is activated.
    I don’t use cache.
Yet a member will only see members in the list, but no editor or author. When I look at the list as an administrator, all user roles are displayed.

    Hi guys,
