Member home page update fails

When trying to update the member home page add on, I get the error message “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” running wordpress 5.6, paid membership pro 2.5.2, paid membership pro constant contact add on 1.0.2 and paid membership pro member homepages add on version .1 Please advise. the site is https://unionchamber.com/
