Member Directory Search not showing

Ultimate member admin,

My members directory is also not showing the page becomes blank. Can please help to resort this issue? It happens after the update to the latest version of Ultimate Member.

Hi @everyone,

Have you tried clearing the browser cache after updating the UM to the latest version? We got some updates to the script files so it requires to clear caches from browser and server/plugin caches.

Hi @beauchicmy Are you logging in as Administrator? IF so, please check/enable the Search filter for the “Administrator” role and see if the filter will appear.

ok, i have set accordingly, now can search and filter. but why is no member showing in member page? must use filter only shows member? please see video

Could you please check if the “Show results only after /search/filtration” checked in the Results & Paginations in the member directory settings? If the option is checked, please do uncheck and hit on save. See if the results will show up.

but i notice 1 little issued.
after the search performed, then i pressed clear. should it shows all members again right? but it remains the result from my filter.
you can give it a try.

on top of that, if let say i am a new visitor to this website, i am unable to see the filter? because i just try on my phone without login in, i am unable to see the filter.

1. Could you please check the browser console if there’s any error logs from Ultimate Member?

2. You will need to uncheck all roles selected in the filter settings so it will show profiles to all members and guest users.

That clear button only clears the text in the field. You will need to click on the search button after clearing the search field to show all members.

i have activated the search field, and i have tried to clear the filter text… but still not working. perhaps you can give it a try on my website.

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
