Member Directory search filters do not appear if user is not logged in

  • Member Directory search filters do not appear if the user is not logged in. This is a public directory. Any visitor to the site needs to be able to search selected custom fields. What is the solution?

    Hi @evollo,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Have you enabled search feature in Ultimate member -> Member directories -> Your directory e.g. Members and “Enable Search feature”?
    Please exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache so we can exclude any caching issues.

    UM Version 2.0.56

    I purged both server and browser cache.

    Search is enabled and works for logged in users. For visitors who are not logged in, the Membor Directory appears but the Search fields do not display.
