member directory not showing

I can see 14 users and 3 of them with a profile photo at your Members Directory.

Do you have any caching active either at your web hosting server or CDN?

Verify your member directory settings on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Member Directories > Edit Member Directory.

Settings in the General Options section and “Admin filtering“setting in the Search Options section can influence members shown in the member directory.

Profile access settings influence members shown in the member directory for logged in users. Verify that the current user role can access any profile. Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit Role and check settings in the Profile Access box.

The “Can view other member profiles?” setting must be turned on. The “Can view these user roles only” setting must be empty.
