Member Directory Display Not Complete

  • This site is up to date. WordPress at 4.9.5 and Ultimate Member at 2.0.11. The “Find a Professional” page has Member Directory settings that are supposed to display all people found in the particular category. Instead it is showing maybe 1 or 2 but not all. It shows the total number of entries in the category chosen (a custom field) but not the member information. This site has been working but I’m not sure when it stopped.The 2 directory forms we need to work are “Members” and “Members by County”. Neither works right now.

    Hi @jonesy13,

    Can you please check your directory settings in Ultimate member -> Member directories and make sure that “User Roles to Display” is set to user role you want to display.

    Please also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thank you for your response. I have tried it with specific User Roles and all User Roles but no change. I’ll have to do the conflict test. Hated to have to go that far. Thank you.
