• Hi,
    I have about 90 paying members mostly monthly. They pay via Paypal. I can see some of them cancel subscriptions and hence their membership should become inactive or expire (I don’t which one should happen) but it’s not happening. I have to search their membership status and put them into inactive mode manually. Please help.

    Hi can you enable Debug mode and check the log file after another member has cancel the subscription.

    Hi there is an error in your log file. It says the following member ID: I-AJAAVWDJ9LT3 does not exist in your account.
