Member detail page not found

Hi,
I’m using TPL Team free version 2.2.2In some cases the member detail page is not found (error 404), in other cases it works fine. Se for example:
NOT FOUND:
https://www.scuolabasketferrara.it/team/andrea-mainardi/FOUND:
https://www.scuolabasketferrara.it/team/silvia-casoni/I don’t understand the reason.
Both pages are public and published.
Both members appear in the list generated with the shortcode of the plug-in.Thanks for your help
