Member Cards Vanish when Enable Search Feature

    I have encountered a weird issue where if I enable the Search Feature in the backend under edit Member Directory all of the Members Profile Cards completely vanish and the Search fields are the only things that appear on the Members page.

    Wondering if anyone else there has had this issue before and what was causing it? I’m ruling out theme as there aren’t any issues with the usual site search function.

    I also created another Member Directory (incase it was the main one misbehaving) and the same result once Search function is enabled.

    Any advice on this would be helpful… I’ve troubleshooted as much as I can.

    You’ll notice that the test one with the Search function enabled has no Members showing up – they vanish once Search is enabled.

    Hi,

    Can you please try changing your theme to a default WP theme and see if this issue still occur?
