Megamenu dropdown arrow disappeared

Hello guys,

Recently I noticed the drop arrow of megamenu not displaying and a blank box appears in its place, same thing with the up arrow of the “return to top” button, I already have below code in my custom CSS but the problem still exists:

.fa {
font-family: FontAwesome;
}

Any ideas?
