Mega menu wont edit – locked up

    when trying to edit the mega menu in the appearance area > menu > click mega menu > the popup comes up and you can move toggles but everything is frozen and you cannot proceed into the elementor editor or save any changes or exit the popup. You have to refresh the page to be able to do anything else. This may be due to the major updates int he last few days.

    At first, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.

    1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
    2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
    3. If the instructions above won’t help:
      Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com
    4. Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well.

      We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution
