Mega Menu sometimes disappear

  • Hi
    Our meny is sometimes disappearing in our site, and we have to clear the cache in order to get it back. We use the WP Super Cache in our site. Not sure if it’s related to that plugin.
    The whole menu just dissappers.
    If this also happends to the users in our site, it is an issue that we have to resolve.
    Any tips?

    We have just seen this issue with desktop view.

    Hi Ososit,

    When the menu is visible, please use Developer Tools to inspect the page and find the menu in the HTML (so you know where to look for it next time).

    Then, when the menu disappears, use Developer Tools to inspect the page again, and find out if the menu HTML is completely missing, or whether you have some CSS that is hiding it.
