    To show the builder content/megamenu in the mobile menu please follow this screenshot. If you have selected the builder content already then we need to check the issue more closely from your wordpress dashboard as this is a technical issue. Please navigate to plugin’s details page and open a support ticket at our support center from the useful links section. Our dedicated support team will help you to find out the actual issue and let you know the update as soon as possible.

    I had the similar issue I just deleted the complete menu and recreated again from scratch and it worked for me. but I’m stuck with the other issue. when user clicks on Hemberger and clicks on submenu item then on clicking close icon the menu should disappear but instead it adds a new background overlay where user needs to click somewhere to completely close it. click here to see the video file.

    I am glad that the previous issue is fixed now. Regarding the next issue that you have mentioned, I have checked your site and am able to understand the issue. This can happen due to conflict between any specific function or class. You can check by running a plugin conflict test on your site first.

    ?To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that causes the problem.

    Hello @prosenjitbarman thanks for the reply i did conflict test deleted all my plugins one by one except elementor and elements kit as you said but the issue is still there.
