• If you go to the link supplied, hover over ‘All Products’ and see the BAA/TAA Compliant menu item? That E with the flag is supposed to be smaller, so it’s not filling in the 125×125 spot it fills. The first image I used, it was this big with no white space around the E. I have made a new image with space to reduce the size of the E but it still is showing the wrong image. I’ve cleared W3 Cache settings, I’ve cleared Mega Menu CSS cache settings as well as local browser caches on all browsers I’ve tried this on. The client has multiple employees seeing the same thing.

During this, I have even deleted the artwork from the media library, the original version of the file I don’t want to use, and have the new correct version of the file in there but it’s still somehow pulling the wrong file. Would you have any idea why it’s still in there? Is there another cache in Mega Menu I’m missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Brett,

This is the image I am seeing: https://www.evenlite.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/flag-menu-new.jpg

I think that’s correct based on your description.

I think you have an optimisation plugin installed that has a ‘remove query string from static resources’ enabled, which will be the source of your caching issues. With query strings disabled, there is no way for your website to tell visitors, cdns or server caches (you have nginx cache enabled) that a file (our style.css file in this case) has been updated.

    Regards,
    Tom
