Mega menu – Elements kit does not work in mobile

    Hi! The Mega menu in Elements kit nav menu does not work in mobile mode. The dropdown toggle does not work and we get a transparent gray layer over the mobile menu field. https://dev1.lgit.se Please help us to locate and advice how to solve this matter. / Kind Regards Eva S /

    We have followed the diffrent topics/threads about the matter here in the support formum and has made adjustments according to the different suggested solutions (deactivated plugins, use builder content for mobile in elementor mega menu setting, set owerflow as default in Edit inner section in Elements kit nav menu).

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I have checked your website. I have found that there is a cache plugin enabled and the site header is cached. So far I understand, the issue can happen due to caches. Then please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.

    Thank you for support.
    I have deactivated WP-Optimize now and will wait and see if the problem disappear.
    Further on we need to have a cache on the website. Do we need to exclude the header mega menu from cache?

    Caching may cause the issue, so you will have to exclude header menu from caching if the issue persists.

    Hi Tanvir!
    I′m afraid the deactivation of the cache function does not seem to work.
    Can you please see in your browser if the mobile menu is workning now?

    I can understand the issue you are having with. It is a mega menu configuration-related issue.

    However, there is a workaround for this issue by applying CSS code. In order to solve the issue with overlay, kindly copy the CSS code mentioned below and paste it to the?Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
    @media (max-width: 1024px){ .elementskit-menu-overlay { left: -100% !important; } .elementskit-menu-offcanvas-elements.active { left: 0 !important; } }
