Mega Menu creates a menu within my navigation

Hi all! I created a new menu with Mega Menu enabled, added some pages and set that to be my mobile menu. When I view the site on mobile the regular hamburger style trigger icon displays as expected, however when I click this, it displays an additional hamburger icon for the Mega Menu inside the navigation. Example below. What am I doing wrong here?
