    Hi

I received a request to update contact details on one of our meetings, and when I went to check that the update had worked, I realised that no contact details showed at all. Am I supposed to enable something to make this work?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Ben–

There is a Setting under the admin side (right hand side of the page after you click on Meetings–>Import & Settings that lets you change Meeting/Group Contact information to Public.

Is that what you’re looking for?

Hi. Thanks for that, this was indeed set to private. Half-way there now. The telephone number itself doesn’t display, I just get a phone handle icon. If I hover, I can see the telephone number, but otherwise there’s no number to see.

I’m guessing on this, but I bet that is by design from the original developer. I think that would slow down scrapers from pulling phone numbers off the web?

Maybe. I have amended the code so that it displays the telephone number now. It’s a bit hacky, but it will do. Thank for your help.

Glad you have it how you want it.
