• Whenever a user presses the “Join via Web Browser” button they are redirected to a page where they can enter there name and press the join button. Upon pressing the join button they will be given an error “meeting has not started” or “host has another meeting in progress”. If they click the “Join via Zoom App” they can join without issue.

    Any idea what might be causing this behavior?
