Mediocre plugin, horrible support

Woolementor claims to be a great solution to combine woocommerce and elemetnor together. In theory it’s great.

In practicality, it does not function very well. Their support staff are not helpful at all. You get to choose priority of the message, I chose super priority, 10 days late and still no progress.

Their support will message you one day, then wait another 24-48 to respond back, even if you send an update almost immediately.

One of the top 5 worst supports I’ve dealt with, their refund policy is also a joke. Be forewarned. I’d look for other solutions.
