• the email that is generated by this plug in is absolutely nothing special at all. It looks computer generated. Boring. So boring and mundane that it’s almost worse than not sending it.

I might not be so critical (though I stand by what I said 100%) except that Woocommerce simply WILL NOT stop putting their begging request onto my WP admin page. F*ck *ff Woocommerce. I’ve paid you and I don’t want to be bothered.

  • Hello @pauljacobs,

Thank you for choosing our product and for your feedback.

You can design your emails outside of the plugin and then paste the HTML code to use your custom design.

You can also use WooCommerce templates to send recovery emails: https://share.bsf.io/E0uygEqk

Regarding the issue that you’re having with WooCommerce requests, you can contact the relevant author support forum.

    Best wishes,

I think the point is to write and customize your own emails. When using plugins like this, especially when they’re free, you should change the default email text. There are 300k+ active installations of this plugin. Even if only 25% of users are using the default text that’s 75,000 websites sending duplicate emails.

Do you really want your users to see the same email by chance from another website and realize you’re using pre-generated text? That you couldn’t even take the time to customize the content for your users?

As far as your complaint regarding the WooCommerce message, @mahdimoafi is right, you need to contact WooCommerce support for that, not this plugin author.
