MediaTemple Caching?

  • Hi, I’m using the Media Temple dedicated WordPress hosting package. I can’t get the server side script to work. I’ve checked that the plugin writes to the htaccess file correctly however it doesn’t work. I tested this by installing it on the old copy of my website on a different host where there is not caching and it works just fine.

    Is there anything I can do to get around this issue?

    Hello Alex,

    I don’t know Media Temple. The Server-Side is a tricky way to handle requests so it might not work with every servers… but with yours on your localhost for sure there will be no problem.

    You can contact Media Temple about this issue or you can switch to a different method. I always recommend users to try the PictureFill method.
