media.php error or Host Problem

Hi my website is thenewcamera.com
When I am opening my website with by typing full address in address bar of my web browser https://www.thenewcamera.com
it gives following error Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\5756662\html\wp-includes\media.php on line 34But When I am opening my website without www that’s https://thenewcamera.com it is working fine.
But all these problems are going on main webpage not on child webpages
For Example if you open any post with www or without www it will open without any error
