Mediamatic Pro Failing To Upload

    I was using mediamatic Lite and decided to get the Pro version. I paid for and dowkloaded the ZIP file. I went through the normal sequence for upload:

    choose file,
    choose the ZIP file,
    Install now.

    The installation starts but fails with the message:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer.

    I have tried several times and the result is the same. If I cant geyt it working I will have to seek a refund via Paypal.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
