Media uploads that have been deleted or uploaded not showing in FTP

So I deleted some uploads in the media, perm delete. They are still being referenced in preload of the page (these are fonts). Also, I have uploaded several pictures, and yet it gives a url for 2024 but when you go into FTP no such url exists. Anyone know how to fix this issue and clean this up? Thx
