Media Uploads – Possible to group them into folders?

Hi,

We are photographers and use a proofing plugin to upload all of a clients images into a gallery for them to see. However because there are lots of photos in each gallery, the photos we use on the website itself (homepage, etc) get buried. Is there any way (plug in, etc) to create media folders when uploading images to help organise them? Our website is https://www.headshotsuk.co.uk and it’s wordpress using a system called Prophoto.
