Media uploading does'nt work

  • Hello!
    I have my network with 2 sites.
    Unfortunately on the “child” site I cannot upload any media file.
    I get always the same error message:

    Il file caricato non pu&ograve essere spostato in wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2016/04

    In english is ” the uploaded file cannot be moved in wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2016/04″

    Where should I start to solve the issue?
