Media uploader removes 1st letter of titles

  • Does anyone else have the problem where any file you upload, pictures, mp3’s, and any other – media always loses the 1st character of the filename. I have that problem on all my wordpress sites with the last four versions of WP.
    ex. STP.mp4 becomes TP.mp4.

    Any Ideas!?!
